Join our Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) team within Commercial Banking (CB), specifically supporting the Healthcare, Higher Ed, and Not-for-Profit (HHN) business - a $750MM+ high growth segment. As a Business Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the business management team and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, financial planning, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Management team and HHN business in strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• Leverage operational experience and analytical insights to assist with the development and execution of business and financial plans.
• Collaborate across various functional areas to communicate results, execute strategic initiatives, and monitor outcomes.
• Utilize CRM and other sales enablement tools for portfolio management, segmentation, and planning.
• Work closely with financial planning and analytics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, financial planning, business management, or sales operations. Financial Services experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to execute strategic agendas independently.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and proficiency in CRM systems.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
