Job Summary

As an executive on the Global Credit Financing team, responsible for structuring, executing, and managing risk for Private Credit Financing facilities. This role involves close coordination with sales and origination teams to identify and structure transactions, ensuring comprehensive deal execution and ongoing risk management.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaboration with key sales and origination partners to define client strategy and market products.
• Structuring of term sheets and deal documentation in alignment with client coverage partners.
• Management of facility monetization opportunities, strategic growth initiatives, and optimization of risk and business decisions.
• Supporting the enhancement of team processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Driving new strategic initiatives, including the technology agenda, and coordinating review meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Defining and reporting on book metrics, forecasts, and trends.
• Building relationships and establishing partnerships across the organization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Experience in front office roles within top-tier Investment Banks or Capital Markets firms.
• Solid understanding of credit markets and products, including leveraged loans.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• General business strategy acumen and resilience in negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Self-directed and highly motivated with a flexible approach to work.
